MISSION STATEMENT

 

Citizens Community Federal is committed and dedicated to serving the needs of our communities through investments of the bank’s resources and team member participation.  It is our mission to meet the credit needs of all our community members while maintaining sound non-discriminatory practices.  We will continue to build mutually beneficial relationships with our customers for the vitality of our banking communities.  We will work closely with community based organizations, business leaders and local governments on community development initiatives that assist low and moderate income communities and families.

Citizens Community Federal’s commitment to improving the quality of life in our communities reflects our conviction that we have the opportunity to make a difference and all people should be afforded the freedom to simply bank.

 

Campaigns –

Casual for a Cause – offering our staff the opportunity to earn the privilege of wearing jeans on Friday by contributing non-perishable food items to our food drive.

United Way Fundraisers – Citizens has partnered with United Way to help raise funds and awareness for the less fortunate in our community.

Toys for Tots Fox Valley – Providing a collection site for toy donations.
